DEFINITION
Purchaser means any person who buys Litheli products from Litheli OFFICIAL retail channels.
Litheli Customer Service means the service operations carried out by the team or personnel designated by Litheli to fulfill the responsibility of providing support to Litheli customers.
WARRANTY
Litheli offers this non-transferable limited Warranty service for the sole benefit of the Purchaser. The Purchaser is not entitled to assign any of his/her rights under this Warranty or transfer any of his/her obligations to another individual. Litheli reserves all the rights for the final explanation of this Warranty, and, at its own discretion, can opt to modify or revise the Warranty.
WARRANTY CLAIM
To be eligible to make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must:
A: Register the purchased product on Litheli OFFICIAL website within 30 days from the date of the original retail purchase; and
B: Fill properly the complete information on the Warranty Card found inside the original packaging; and
C: Provide, if required, the filled Warranty Card and the proof of purchase to Litheli or Litheli Customer Service.

WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period for the purchased Litheli product commences on the same date of the original retail purchase of that Litheli product and expires at the end of the applicable period set below:
A: For Litheli 40V tools (bare tool only), 3 years of standard warranty + 2 years of extended warranty available upon product registration;
B: For Litheli 40V batteries and chargers, 1 year of standard warranty + 2 years of extended warranty available upon product registration.
C: For Litheli 20V tools (bare tool only), 3 years of standard warranty + 2 years of extended warranty available upon product registration;
D: For Litheli 20V batteries and chargers, 1 year of standard warranty + 2 years of extended warranty available upon product registration;
E: For Litheli U4 Series tools (bare tool only), 3 years of standard warranty + 2 years of extended warranty available upon product registration;
F: For Litheli U4 batteries (U-Battery), 1 year of standard warranty;
NOTE: Replacement tools do not come with a new warranty, and the warranty period of the products will continue from the date of the original purchase.
G: For Litheli Power Hub (portable power stations and solar panel), 2 years of standard warranty + 1 year of extended warranty available upon product registration;
H: For Litheli U20 Series tools (bare tool only), 3 years of standard warranty + 2 years of extended warranty available upon product registration;
I: For Litheli U20 batteries (U-Battery Plus), 3 years of standard warranty;
J: For Litheli eWagon W1 Pro, 1 year of standard warranty.
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
This Warranty applies to, and only to, the Litheli product that is purchased from Litheli OFFICIAL retail channels, used by the original retail Purchaser for personal, family or household use under normal working conditions, and whose details are recorded in and consistent with Litheli Product Warranty Database.
Litheli products are warranted against any and all defects and deficiencies in material or workmanship under normal working conditions. Litheli, at its own discretion, can opt to repair, replace or issue a refund for products that are determined to be defective through normal use, or that have been damaged during shipment.
REFUNDS
Litheli offers a limited refund service during the applicable period: 30 days from the same date of the original retail purchase.
LIMITATIONS
A: This Warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse (including but not limited to overloading of the product beyond capacity, and immersion in water or other liquid), neglect, negligence, or accident, or that has been assembled, operated, or stored in any way contrary to the instructions as specified in the operator's manual.
B: This Warranty does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of improper maintenance or to any product that has been altered or modified.
C: This Warranty does not extend to repairs or replacement made necessary by normal wear or by the use of tools, parts or accessories which are either incompatible with Litheli product or adversely affect its operation, performance, or durability, including but not limited to damages to saw chains and guide bars caused by the use of non-recommended chain and bar oil.
D: This Warranty does not cover wear items or parts, such as, but not limited to, wheels, blades, trimmer heads, spools, guide bars, saw chains, nozzles, filters, augers and straps.
E: This Warranty does not cover accessories.
F: This Warranty does not require Litheli to repair or replace a Litheli product used for trade, rental, or professional purposes.
G: This Warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, and any corrosion or discoloring by heat and abrasive or chemical cleaners.
H: This Warranty does not require Litheli to repair or replace a Litheli product if the Purchaser has been refunded any monies or amount paid for that Litheli product or an amount equal to the value of any other consideration paid for that Litheli product.
I: This Warranty does not apply to any product purchased or obtained by any individual from any retail channel, entity, or organization NOT authorized by Litheli.
J: Lithium-ion batteries are rechargeable batteries that become less productive as they chemically age, which is defined as normal wear. In such cases, battery of shortened runtime/working hour, reduced capacity, and/or weakened performance due to chemical age and/or normal wear is not covered by this Warranty, and does not receive free repairs or replacement from Litheli.
